$13 total for the original ordinary LPD permit, including its $5 security fee.
Documents to bring
Bring accepted evidence of citizenship or lawful status that also establishes identity and birth date, at least two Nebraska principal-address documents, and a verifiable Social Security number or the listed exemption evidence.
